The rooms are well done. Its a good value for money. The location is great. it has basic breakfast but includes fresh fruits and bread.
Nice hotel with friendly staff. The rooms were simple and clean with private courtyard and hammock and big TV. The shower was a bit mad and sprayed water everywhere, but worked fine. Breakfast was toast and fruits. The location is about 15/20 minutes walk from the ADO bus station, about 10 minutes walk from lots of places to eat and maybe 30 minutes via bus and walking to the public beaches. The area felt safe to walk in and there was always staff there. Good value for the area and a short comfortable stay.
We stayed for one night and loved our stay! Clean, nice rooms and stuff is super sweet and helpful as well! Breakfast is also included. Very good value for what you’re paying! Good location too.
I enjoyed my stay the first night. After being in tulum, I book another 3 nights with them! The staff is very friendly and helpful! I believe it only has 8 to 10 rooms, roof patio, and about 5 parking spaces in front of the hotel. There are mosquitoes so have your repellent! The a.c. is on point and with the fan running, it chills the room very quickly. It is a small place, it's not a resort, if you're fine with the basic then you be right at home, I like that they have a community kitchen, and the rooms are large and the shower area too, the water pressure varies from room to room but gets the job done
Great Location!! Excellent service and staff were so helpful with information around and how to get to places. This hotel feels like home. We had 2 gentleman and a women who were there during our stay and they were Amazing! We definitely will be coming back here ! 5 star across!
Amazing hotel!! Very big room, friendly staff members. Breakfast included in the price!! I was staying in the hotel for 16 hours because I had a connecting flight to Barcelona in the evening! The staff provide to me an early check in around 10am!! ( I arrived in Cancun at 7:30am that morning). I was able to shower, get some rest and then go explore the city!! The receptionist also provide me so indications on how to move around the city with the R1 and R2 buses. Thank you so much for having me!! I will definitely come back when I visit Cancun again with my wife.
A quiet place not far from the noisy area of Avenida Tulum. A perfect stay worth the money. Cosy rooms with a hammock in the balcony.
Everything you need to stay close to the ADO and to go or back from airport. A bit noise but is ok on a budget. Breakfast is toast coffe and jam.
